Shipping Policy & Info
After Sunday offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Please note that customers outside of the United States are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply to their order.
In addition to shipping transit times, please allow 24–48 hours processing time while we carefully prepare and pack your order ♡
At After Sunday, we are committed to creating a smooth and thoughtful shopping experience for every customer. To help ensure successful delivery of all orders, we ask that all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout.
Order Confirmation & Communication
If an order is submitted with incomplete or insufficient shipping information, After Sunday will make every effort to contact the customer promptly. We may reach out via email or phone up to 2–3 times in order to confirm the necessary details needed to process and ship the order.
We kindly ask customers to respond to communication attempts as soon as possible to avoid delays in fulfillment. We understand that circumstances vary and will always do our best to accommodate reasonable situations when possible.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information at checkout. This helps us ensure smooth communication regarding orders, shipping updates, or any issues that may arise during fulfillment.
Insufficient Address/Lost or Stolen
If the customer provides an insufficient address and/or the product fails to deliver based on the mistake of the customer & is sent back to After Sunday Goods, the customer is responsible and will be billed an invoice to ship out their package to the correct address.
After Sunday Goods is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once we drop off packages, it is in the hands and responsibility of USPS.
